By downloading, accessing, or using any application, website, or service (“App” or “Services”) provided by MTPHOLDING INC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

4. User Responsibilities

We strongly discourage jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise modifying your device’s operating system, as doing so may compromise security, disable features, or negatively impact App performance.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful activity or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. Internet Connectivity and Third-Party Charges

Certain features require an active internet connection.

MTPHOLDING INC. is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from:

  • Loss of internet access
  • Wi-Fi failures
  • Mobile network limitations
  • Carrier outages
  • Data restrictions or roaming issues

Your mobile carrier’s standard charges, including data and roaming fees, may apply. You are solely responsible for such costs.

If you are using a device not owned by you, you represent that you have permission from the device owner or account holder.

6. Third-Party Services and Data

The App may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, APIs, advertisements, analytics providers, or external data sources.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTPHOLDING INC., its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption

  • Service interruptions

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Updates and Termination

We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or feature changes.

You agree that continued use of the App may require installing available updates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time and without notice if:

  • We discontinue the Service

Upon termination:
